These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between hey baj ("Platform", "we", "us") and each member ("member", "you") who uses its services. By creating an account or using any service through the hey baj website or mobile app, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

hey baj is an online gaming and betting platform that offers slot games, live casino, sports betting and other entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. These services are strictly for adults aged 21 and above.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on the hey baj platform, a member must provide accurate and complete information. Name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method details must be genuine. Creating an account with false information is prohibited and may result in permanent closure of the account.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Only one account per person is allowed. If the same person operates multiple accounts or registers under multiple identities, it will be considered a violation of these Terms. In such cases, all associated accounts may be suspended and bonus benefits will be cancelled.

2.3 Password and Security

It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account login details confidential. Passwords must not be shared with any third party. If there is reason to suspect unauthorised access to an account, the hey baj support team must be notified immediately.

• If any registration details change, they must be updated as soon as possible.
• Accounts cannot be transferred to another person.
• Documents required for account verification must be submitted on time.

All hey baj services are available only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) or above. Providing the correct date of birth at registration is mandatory. We may at any time request a copy of a national ID card or passport as proof of age.

If age information is found to be false, all balances and bonuses in the associated account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

The following payment methods are currently available to deposit funds on the hey baj platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major scheduled banks).

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount via any payment method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).

4.2 Deposit Security

Members must use a payment account registered in their own name. Depositing funds from a third party's account is not permitted. hey baj does not pay any interest on deposited funds.

Members may withdraw their winnings via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

The standard processing time for a request is between 15 minutes and 2 hours. However, this time may increase if additional verification is needed.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from a verified account.
• Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering has not been completed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, where possible.
• If the same person attempts to withdraw from multiple accounts, all withdrawals may be cancelled.

hey baj offers various bonuses and promotions for its members. Accepting these benefits means the following general and specific terms will apply.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500 — to withdraw the bonus you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can never be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering must be completed first.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — read the details of the relevant promotion.
• Misusing or attempting to manipulate bonuses will result in account suspension.
• A member cannot claim the same promotion more than once unless the terms state otherwise.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities will be considered a violation of these Terms:

• Using software, bots or automated methods to bet or play games.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform.
• Using multiple accounts or identities to claim bonuses.
• Deceiving, threatening or harassing other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to facilitate the flow of illegal funds.

Certain specific rules must be followed when participating in the games and betting sections of the hey baj platform.

8.1 Betting Decisions

Every bet is placed entirely at the member's own judgement and independent decision. hey baj does not guarantee game outcomes, results of wins or losses, or the accuracy of odds. Odds may change at any time.

8.2 Game Cancellation

hey baj reserves the right to cancel a game or bet in the event of a technical error, cancellation of a live event or unusual circumstances. In such cases, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned.

8.3 Live Casino

In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical disconnection, that round will be settled according to the applicable rules.

hey baj may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any provision of these Terms is violated.
• Registration was completed using false or misleading information.
• Multiple accounts are operated or bonuses are misused.
• Evidence of illegal activity or fraud is found.
• There is a direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

If an account is legitimately closed, any real balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned through the specified process. If a member wishes to close their account themselves, they may request this through the support team.

hey baj is not responsible for any loss suffered by a member due to technical problems, internet disconnection or disruption to third-party services.

The platform provides services on an "as is" basis. hey baj accepts no liability for financial losses arising from a member's gaming decisions. Gaming is an entertainment activity — not a guaranteed source of income.

Members' data is not sold or transferred to third parties, though information may need to be shared to comply with legal requirements or lawful directions from authorities.

hey baj reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through a platform notification.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Members are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

If a dispute arises between hey baj and a member, the first step is to contact the support team via live chat or email to seek a resolution.

If the matter is not resolved through support, both parties will attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion. hey baj's final decision will be binding, though a member may lodge a formal appeal.

13.1 Claims Time Limit

Any objection regarding a game or transaction must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the incident. Complaints made after this period may not be considered.
